September, 2010: Participation in Patient Advocacy Group (PAG) Workshop at Hong Kong, organized by Bristol Myers Squibb. Dr. Partha Sarathi Mukherjee, Project Director, LFWB participated in the workshop and shared his experience with the other participants of the workshop.

August, 2010: Press Conference of LFWB at India Habitat Centre, Delhi and Swissotel, Kolkata for activity announcement of HCV Project in association with Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation (BMSF). Mr. John Damonti, President, BMSF; Ms. Phangisile Mtshali, Director, BMSF and the executive committee members of LFWB were present. The First Screening of the Health Documentary film on HCV, directed by eminent film director Shri Goutam Halder was also held.

August, 2010: 2nd Activity visit of LFWB by Mr. John Damonti, President and Ms. Phangisile Mtshali, Director of BMSF.

July, 2010: “Art For A Cause-Painting Exhibition” of Dr. Kalyan Bose, Vice President of LFWB in association with Hyatt Regency, Kolkata at Topaz Hall of Hyatt Regency, Kolkata. A Charity Event- it was organized to raise funds for Institute of Liver Studies, Kolkata.

July, 2010: Inauguration of Baharampur Peripheral Center of LFWB and RHCP training at Baharampur. Dr. Partha Sarathi Mukherjee, Project Director, LFWB and Dr. Nirmal Saha, eminent doctor of Baharampur were present at the ceremony.

April, 2010: Inauguration of “Lakshyaved”- an initiative to guide students who are preparing themselves for Joint Entrance (Medical) Examination at Suri, Birbhum. Many eminent personalities like Shri Tushar Maharaj of Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission, District Magistrate of Birbhum, District Magistrate of Dumka, Additional District Magistrate of Birbhum and Dr. Abhijit Chowdhury, Secretary of LFWB graced the occasion.

March, 2010: Participation in 2nd Learning and Sharing Conference of BMSF at Beijing. Dr. Chandan. Kr. Sen, Medical Consultant and Dr. Partha Sarathi Mukherjee, Project Director of LFWB presented the activity report and shared their future aspirations.
