7th Kolkata Liver Meeting was held on 6th to 8th December, 2018 at The Westin Kolkata. The theme of the conference was "NASH- Disease, Evaluation and Emerging Therapy". Eminent doctors and scientists from all over the world attended the conference.

Implementation of "Reaching the Unreachable" program supported by Cipla Foundation at Sitarampur village in Ajodhya pahar area of Purulia district took place on 28.07.18 to 29.07.2018. In this occasion" Hepatitis B and C screening camp was organized at this village.

On 28th July" 2018 Liver Foundation" West Bengal observed the World Hepatitis Day with a rally from the front gate of Victoria Memorial. Different stakeholders i.e. Government" Media" Civil Society" Artist Forum" Kolkata Police" Hepatitis Patients" Forum and School students took part in this program. On the same day" LFWB officially announced the launching of "Reaching the Unreachable" program to support the global movement "Eliminate Hepatitis by 2030".

Dr. Partha Sarathi Mukherjee" Chief Functionary" Liver Foundation" West Bengal attended the "World Hepatitis Summit" from 13-16th June"2018organized by World Health Organization and World Hepatitis Alliance in Canada and presented our research activities on viral hepatitis.
